Our Partners

Royal Navy College
We are also thrilled to announce a new and exciting partnership with the Old Royal Navy College, a groundbreaking collaboration for both them and us. As part of this partnership, their team will be visiting us every other week, delivering a rich and diverse program of sensory stories and Art and Craft activities tailored to align with our Curriculum Topics. This provision will be available to all our students, from Nursery through to Post 16, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to engage with these unique experiences.
During the Spring and Summer terms, our students will also have the wonderful opportunity to visit the Old Royal Navy College. These visits will allow them to explore the historic grounds, which were once home to Henry VIII, and immerse themselves in the rich history of the site. The children will have the chance to examine old artifacts, try on real historic clothing, and delve into the fascinating stories behind the college’s iconic buildings.
The staff at the Old Royal Navy College have carefully planned activities that not only link with our curriculum but also offer enriching experiences based around The Tudors, Greek Mythology, and Henry VIII. These thoughtfully designed sessions will provide our students with hands-on learning opportunities, helping to bring history to life in an engaging and memorable way. We are incredibly excited about the learning and exploration this partnership will bring to our students throughout the year.
Meet the Professionals
Queen Elizabeth Hospital
At TAS we take pride in building partnerships in our local community. Queen Elizabeth Hospital is somewhere to which we frequently visit. They support us with making links with other professionals and giving advice on our children with Complex Medical Needs. We thoroughly enjoy visiting them when they hold their Easter and Summer Parties. More recently we have been in discussions with them to talk about how we could potentially support each other in the future, thinking of the children they have in long term care and the children who will be leaving them to transition back home and into provision. Watch this space for more news on this in the near future.
